The Integrated Rapid Infectious Disease Analysis (IRIDA) Platform is a secure, web-based system to automatically integrate epidemiological, genomics, and other laboratory data in order to perform genomic epidemiological analysis in the context of an infectious disease outbreak.

IRIDA is an open source suite of tools that manages your next-generation sequencing data, from the sequencer through analysis.
